Fanacia Gel

If you have rosacea, your healthcare provider may prescribe Finacea® (azelaic acid gel). This medicine comes in the form of a gel and is applied to the skin twice daily. Although it is not known exactly how this medication works, it is thought that it has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Using too much of the gel may cause skin peeling and discomfort.
